Each skein of yarn is carefully prepared, dyed, and washed before we put our label on it. It is then photographed and color corrected to be added to our online collection. We do our best to accurately represent yarn color in our photos but due to differences in computer screens, the yarn you receive may vary slightly in color.
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your yarn, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. After this time, we consider all sales to be final. The yarn must be in its original condition with labels attached. Return shipping costs and proper packaging are the customer’s responsibility.
